Thank you to Natalie. After a 10-hour stay in the ER and spending a day in observation with inattentive nurses, it is refreshing to have someone who truly cared about me. I had a very emotional reaction to getting my IV, due to a severe bladder infection; Natalie was the one who talked to me, reached out to the doctor, and made a difference. She was the reason I received medication to calm down and talked to the doctor that I had not received the bladder infection medication. When I told her I was cold and had stayed awake all night, she ordered a water heating pad so that I could feel more comfortable. She is truly an angel in disguise.
