I really enjoyed my experience with Nurse Natalie during my stay with Mercy ER. She went out of her way to provide special services for my care. She gave me a toothbrush, toothpaste, and Chapstick.

Also, days without showering or washing my hair made me feel terrible and looked terrible. Natalie provided me with a portable wash cap that I used then and felt so good. Afterward, she gave me spray + refresher. She provided me with what was next and explained in great detail all the info I requested — I enjoyed and appreciated the nurse's extraordinary effort.
