Natalie has always been the kindest, most supportive nurse I've had the pleasure of meeting and working with. Her ability to boost staff morale is second to none, and she always manages to seem chilled and calm, even when the ward or situation isn't. I've worked with her in different places, and this attitude to working is unchanged even when not on her own ward. She never minds supporting other areas, as she seems to have the bigger picture in mind and is happy to support others when needed. She's always happy to help and support you (and patients!) whenever you ask, or even when you don't - she just knows! She is an amazing advocate for patients, and isn't afraid to challenge when something could be better or safer, but does so in such a lovely, unintimidating way. Honestly, I feel so much calmer when she's around, and I know that there's someone there who cares and has a wealth of experience.
