When my husband experienced a significant episode calling for a significant increase in oxygen, Natalie sprang into action. Then she called me at home to describe what happened. No nurse through my husband’s hospitalization in June, July, and August ever called. Plus she came by to see him this afternoon before going off duty. Her compassion and concern have been so appreciated.
