Natalie listened to use while she was typing. Any time she said something she would turn around and provide education. She was extremely dedicated to making sure the paperwork was correct. She asked questions of other staff to make sure everything was good. She wanted to make sure the hernia operation included the disclosure that there could be further intestinal surgery if needed. She is the perfect combination of a caring person and at the time very professional. I couldn’t believe how perfect she was
