Natalie was absolutely fantastic. As soon as Natalie walked into my husband’s room it was like a ray of sunshine. I immediately felt at ease, and I knew my husband was in good hands. Natalie explained everything in detail while she was prepping my husband for surgery. Natalie answered all of our questions thoroughly and asked questions to make sure our needs and concerns were met. Natalie showed genuine concern and compassion for my husband and me as well. Natalie went above and beyond to make sure we were at ease during this very stressful time. My heart was very heavy at this time and with Natalie’s genuine concern and compassion, I knew everything was going to be okay. Thank you for employing such a wonderful person. Natalie is the gift that keeps on giving and anyone that comes in contact with Natalie will be truly Blessed!
