Natalia is always ready to lend a helping hand. She isn’t above any job. She takes responsibility for her job as well as the team below her. She shows respect to everyone around her, from patients to the maintenance crew. She embodies the values of Gotham subconsciously because that’s who she is as a person, and it comes naturally to her.

Natalia is always available for her staff. Even on her days off, she will answer a text, call, or email. She always communicates with her staff. Natalia is a true embodiment of a team player. She is never too busy to help anyone. There are times when there are only two nurses working for the whole clinic, and she is one of them and works the floor without having to ask. She is an amazing leader who I aspire to be like. She is an amazing nurse and person who doesn’t just see the staff as employees but as humans with emotions and personal lives. She is so easy to speak to, and knowing I have a leader like that when I come to work every day provides such a comfort you can’t get anywhere else.

I’ve worked at a lot of health facilities, and nothing compares to the support and compassion I receive with Nataliia. I had a family emergency, and the way Nataliia responded was something I had never received from my other nursing supervisors. Her leadership is an inspiration to all the staff here at Vanderbilt.
