Why bother writing a nomination? Because it matters. It matters that a nurse would take the time to put a patient at ease.

Being older now (in my seventies) getting anxious about my health and need medical procedures, having a caring, soft spoken nurse to get me through the hospitalization was very appreciated. I observed Natalya with other patients as well. She uniformly related in a positive and informative manner. One patient was particularly distraught, but nurse Natalya was patient and reassuring for the woman.
