I dealt with Natalya on numerous occasions as she was the nurse for my very ill sister-in-law. Natalya is a wonderful example of a competent and knowledgeable nurse! She clearly knew what she was doing and spent a lot of time explaining complex medical issues to the family. She never was in a hurry and had time to spend with all of us. I felt our loved one was in "good hands" when we left the hospital at night. She stands out as a wonderful nurse!
