Natasha went above and beyond to ensure my daughter was comfortable and well taken care of during her stay. She took the steps to check and confirm that my daughter's IV was leaking and needed a new one. She also made sure she was sitting in a position that would help maintain a straight posture (my daughter has low muscle tone and needed extra support with sitting). Natasha also made the extra effort to look for supplies that would not irritate my daughter's skin, especially her face. All these above-and-beyond behaviors made us feel that my daughter is highly valued.
