I was truly impressed with Natasha Drockelman! She really displayed, as well as applied, impressive nursing ethics. With her showing and displaying such empathy and compassion for my father and providing comfort for him really put my mind at ease and my anxiety levels down. It's very obvious that Natasha has tremendous respect for this hospital staff and understanding that the patient comes first. I had very difficult questions that I never thought I would have to ask and she really informed me as well as made me comfortable in knowing that what I was asking was normal. Thank you! It's nurses like you that not only go above and beyond for your patients but for the family members as well!
