We had been in a hospital for 2 weeks then went to UVMC. When Natasha came in to our room it was like a breath of fresh air! She knew exactly what to do to make my dad comfortable. She cleaned him up, brought ice chips, explained his medication and asked if he needed anything else. She would tell us what time she would return and each time she promptly did.

She knew what the doctor expected and had everything ordered and on time for him. This girl goes above and beyond the expectations of her job and a smile along the way. We know there may be shortness in staff but the days Natasha was there she was running circles around others and never missed a beat.
