Natasha Hawkins is an amazing asset to our facility. She currently is the chair of
our partnership council and sits on the staff nurse council demonstrating her continued
commitment to excellence. Her devotion to the staff and patients she comes
in contact with is above the bar! She is a natural leader and helps perform
service recovery even when the patient is not directly assigned to her. Her smile
and kind touch has been a calming force to not only the patients she cares for
but also the staff. She is truly passionate about her work.

During one on one rounding with staff, she is described by her peers as "an amazing charge nurse," "a natural born leader," "excellent resource for any problems that need solving,
" and " a true blessing to work with."

I believe that Natasha demonstrates daily what it means to be a well rounded compassionate nurse!
