The other day I was in so much pain and completely freaking out. I wanted to leave, but this absolutely wonderful nurse talked me into staying, but not only did she do that, but she also hit my vein on the 1st try, got my mind off of the crazy train, asked me questions to distract me (even had me giggle a little). Never made me feel like any of my 1,000 questions were silly, was honest in a nurturing way, went into detail about my blood work, and continued to check on me as more patients came flooding in. I wanted to thank her in person when I was discharged, but couldn’t find her and I knew she was too busy for me to pull aside. So, thank you from the bottom of my heart Nurse Tasha.
