I wanted to let you know what a good experience I had with a recent colonoscopy at your location. I want to give a "virtual" DAISY to an amazing nurse - Natasha. The compassion, kindness, and wonderful attitude made my experience a great one. During the prep, I could not tolerate the prep without literally throwing up - I could not keep it down. Excellent communication between Natasha and my doctor to allow for a fast turnaround and calling in of an anti-nausea medication helped me achieve my colonoscopy without issue and as planned. I was so nervous about the procedure, and Natasha was a great listener, fun to talk to, and so down-to-earth and knowledgeable. I know you hear a lot of negative when things are not as people think they will be, so I wanted to share this positive experience with you - from the nurse anesthetist, anesthesiologist, doctor/fellow, and nurse - the entire experience surpassed my expectations. Thank you ALL for all you do to help ease the patient's nerves and make what is a stressful experience a pleasant one.
