Natasha was so kind. She shared personal stories about a recent birthday party and a car full of balloons that made me laugh. She knew I was feeling down. She did her job well. She was well informed of what I was going through. She explained to me what she was doing and why, so I wouldn't need to ask or be concerned. Natasha was always checking up on me and it made me feel at ease and content. A big thank you to Natasha!
