Natasha has a very calming way with patients or visitors when they have a problem with emotions or questions they may need to be answered.
She is always ready to help or will find the answer if she does not have it at the moment. She is very personable and knowledgeable and a person who sets a wonderful example for her fellow nurses or potential nursing students. We should have a few more of her.
