September 2016 Honoree
natasha parsons, RN, BSN
My 87-year-old grandma was brought by helicopter from Nebraska to MCR after having a heart attack. With everything going on (the helicopter flight, chest pain and anxiety) Tasha made her first night here very comfortable. She was so sweet and sincere, ensuring that I had a place to sleep and something to drink. Her quick nursing actions and response to my grandma's changing labs and medications stabilized and saved my grandma both mentally and physically. Tasha went above and beyond any expected duties. She is a true asset to the nursing community and a great representative of MCR!
Thank you, Natasha, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
