I am here visiting my mother-in-law to celebrate her 90th birthday and the day I was supposed to leave, I ended up in the ER with bloody stool. A scary situation, but the staff, (PA, nurses, and doctor) all have been great. Very attentive to my needs. Natasha Sanders went above and beyond patient care, always smiling, upbeat. Her energy was contagious and key in helping my recovery in keeping a positive outlook. She was very knowledgeable and documented ever procedure every step of the way, making sure everything was passed onto the doctor and oncoming staff. Her communication with me and the hospital was superb.
I am retired military in the medical field in the Army and I immediately notice Natasha's eye for detail. Even custodial care to the degree of great cleanliness. It's not her "job" but she would come in and notice things, clean my room, wiping things down, etc. I so appreciated her attention to everything concerning my care.
