Natasha was recognized by the family of a patient who is 104 years young. The family wrote that their grandmother has always been a "proper and discreet lady" who has struggled with the idea of males that are not family caring for her. Natasha was always is empathetic to this situation and worked hard to alleviate any concerns or fears for this patient. The family also went on to describe how their grandmother had visual challenges and that Natasha was always patient and took extra time to explain processes.
