Natasha was there for me while I was alone in postpartum care. My baby ended up in NICU and my husband left to be with him. She hugged me while a cried and explained to me my baby’s condition, she was kind and had me pump while I wasn’t able to go see my baby to ensure my milk came in. She made time in her busy schedule to take me to go see my baby (I was on magnesium so I wasn’t allowed to go without a nurse), she brought me a little bag with some handmade fabric hearts so I can put my scent in them so my baby could smell me while he was in the NICU; while we were there she got updates from his nurses and again explained it all to me and my husband. She also advocated for us and make sure NICU nurses let me nurse my baby, she even took pictures and videos of me and my husband’s first moments with him. I'm so grateful for her and the compassion she showed us in a very vulnerable scary time.

Natasha was one of my nurses after having my baby and she was amazing to have because she listened to me and cared about my concerns about not only my baby but what was going on around us. She was very kind and made sure my baby, partner, and I were comfortable and taken care of. She also explained things to me on, what felt like, a friendship level! She recommended the best lactation businesses that she had used and made a recommendation call for me. She was amazing and if I could I would recommend her to any new mom!
