Natasha was competent, attentive, professional, and exhibited the utmost hospitable communication and care. I have been an RN for 10 years, and was very impressed to learn that she was in training. My questions were answered adequately and she was patient with me. Ms. Williams made my family feel as though my father was the only patient. I want to thank her and wish her a wonderful new career.
