From the beginning of Nate's shift, he was so very kind and caringto my mom. She can be difficult and he went out of his way to explain things to her and what she could expect. He followed through on everything. Not only in his nursing skills but his kindness made all the difference in the world. She went from wanting to give up to wanting to get better and live. He also went out of his way to keep me informed and connected to my mom's doctors and care plan.
