I want to congratulate you for having a strong nurse like Tessa.  I must admit that Tessa has a great sense of resource allocation. She works so hard during her shift, includes all the stakeholders including Pediatric Emergency physicians in the decision making and makes the workflow very efficient. She is clinically a very strong nurse, whether you have to manage a complex pediatric patient or run a code, she will back you in the hardest situations. We are fortunate to be combined into the Adult ED and still be able to explore the best pediatric practices when Tessa is around.
