Nathali demonstrated excellence and went above the expectations of a charge nurse for managing a crew on nights over the weekend when we were extremely short and taking on extra tasks to ensure patients were cared for while ensuring both patient and staff safety in the stressful times that we were all enduring. She aided anyone in the Emergency Department who needed help, even seeing her sit with a critical patient until another nurse was able to take over care of the patient, as well as fulfilling her duties as a charge nurse, keeping staff morale up. She maintained the utmost professionalism, respect, and excellence for everyone around her. I truly believe she deserves this nomination for the above excellence in leadership that we needed that hectic night when stress was high amongst those in various areas of the Emergency Department.
