Mr. Carpenter is not only an exceptional nurse but his kindness and compassion for his fellow employees go far and above anything you can expect. He not only listens with an open heart and mind but his understanding and advice are impeccable. Nate was a colleague of mine before he became my supervisor, but his kindness and compassion for his fellow coworkers have not changed. Nate always goes above and beyond for the patients, co-workers, colleagues, and customers of this facility.
