Nate was our nurse for 2 days before we were transferred to Gainesville. He is the definition of an amazing, empathetic nurse. All day Nate didn’t take a break because my baby was so critical that he didn’t want to leave her side. He even stayed late because she was being placed on ECMO. There are no words to thank Nate for everything that he did for my family. He kept his cool even in the most scary times to keep me calm. He is a big reason my daughter is still fighting for her life. If anyone deserves recognition it’s definitely Nate!
