Nathan always displays a positive attitude with a smile on his face. Nathan is always willing to help out wherever he is needed.
A situation arose where patient's belongings went missing. The patient did not speak English and we were using the blue phone for translation. Both the patient and his wife were distraught to discover his belongings had been sent to the VA with another patient. Nathan drove to the VA nursing home and retrieved all the patient's belongs including his car keys, house keys, passport and wallet. The patient and his wife were so thankful for this act of kindness. Imagine the turmoil of being in another county with your most valuable possessions missing.
