We met Nate our first morning in the hospital and he continued to be a regular part of the patient's care team for our entire 16-day stay. Nate was always forthcoming with information, happy to answer questions, and readily available. His knowledge far exceeds expectations for someone so young and he clearly demonstrates natural talent for this profession. Nate was very supportive and compassionate for both patient and family on difficult days and went out of his way to make sure that me, as the patient's guardian, and sister understood everything that was happening and made sure that if he didn't have an answer that the appropriate doctor was available. His additional skills with IV placement and bloodwork were utilized. He is an overall fantastic care provider and human.
