My son had post-op complications from cholecystectomy. He developed abscesses. He is nonverbal and totally dependent for care due to anoxic brain injury. I was very stressed, depressed and anxious not knowing whether his needs would be met. He was admitted from the ED. Natisha Robinson was the night nurse who admitted my son. She relieved all of my anxiety surrounding my son's well-being. She exhibited professionalism, caring, and competent care. I knew that she was 100% invested in the care of my son. She was the reason that I was able to comfortably leave the hospital and go home to rest. Thank you sincerely, Natisha.
