Ms. Natthaya plays an important role in promoting the team to create a positive patient experience. She not only specializes in Clinical Care Services, but also develops comprehensive patient care. Ms. Natthaya also attaches great importance to the professional development of the team. She has supported the team to advance their careers. For example, many nurses in her team have been promoted to the positions of Department Heads, Nurse Case Managers, and Nurse Educators, all of whom have created outstanding work that has been recognized by other professions. In addition, Ms. Natthaya serves as a mentor for arranging Critical Care Case Conferences in BDMS Group 1, which are held twice a month. Ms. Natthaya also supports the Critical Care team in using the Smart ICU program, a new technology used to track patient information, resulting in improved quality of patient care. The infection rates in ICUs have considerably decreased. The BHQ Smart ICU program is currently one of the most BHQ interesting projects that receives requests from many organizations for observational visits.
