I was an add on surgery that was waiting and Navin went out of his way to keep us informed. He showed genuine concern for me and always had a smile and an offer to help me with anything I needed. He came by after his shift to say goodnight and assure me that all will be okay. His patient centered approach should be the standard for all employees.
