I thank God for Ms. Nayana for her great service when my 2-month-old baby was admitted to the hospital because of Pneumonia. She has a congested chest and I was not sure what to do. Initially, I was not satisfied with the care I received from ED. But I completely understand the nurses there, because the place was very busy that time and full of patients. When we got admitted inside the hospital, Nayana was one of the most remarkable nurses we met. She just outshined all the other nurses with her critical thinking and bedside skills. She was very attentive in assessing my child and she escalated in a timely manner. Later on, she even taught us first aid treatments that we can do at home. I noticed that she treats the other patient’s mothers the same. I am so grateful for her service. (Translated from Arabic)
