Nayla Cepero 3, MSN, RN, OCN, CBCN, ONN-CG

I would like to nominate Miss Nayla Cepero as a very excellent person in her work and for her professional ethics. Her sensitivity and humanity show the way she treats people, tries to meet their needs, and makes the patient feel satisfied. To have known her is a gift from God because not all people are so nice. Her special and pleasant way of treating the patient and her pleasant smile of love and desire to help make a difference. She genuinely cares. I am very happy and grateful because people who have not met her do not know that they can find a good nurse and also a friend who will listen to them and help them with compassion, which is not very common nowadays. Every time I had to talk to her, I felt like she listened to me and understood me. She helped me with arranging follow-up care which alleviated my anxiety during my hospital stay. She has a special and unique way of making you feel at ease. Meeting her has been a blessing in this difficult time of my life as a cancer patient and a reminder that there are still good people in the world. I wish Nayla all the best for herself and her family. Thank you very much.
