She is an amazing professional nurse, with strong clinical knowledge, courtesy, and strong communication skills. She provided compassion, dedication, and treated him as if he was a VIP patient. She walked in, immediately demonstrated care to my dad by talking to him and giving a real human, therapeutic touch, paid attention to details with his hygiene and comfort. Continued to check on him without calling, took time to give health education. Not only to the patient but to the family as well. The most important quality was her advocacy for my dad. She is relentless and we will be eternally grateful for her going beyond and above expectations. Thank you!
