Throughout my extended stay on 4 West, Ama was always professional, courteous, helpful, and encouraging. Having a nurse who clearly cares about their patients makes a world of a difference, and Ama always showed compassion and took initiative to make my experience more manageable. It is clear to me that the whole team on 4 West is very dedicated to patient comfort and success. After two long weeks of many ups and downs, pain, restlessness, and uncertainty, I finally got to go home. Having Ama as a nurse made my experience more enjoyable and helped me to focus on the importance of healing and recovery.
