We love Necole! What an incredible blessing that my 90-year-old Dad-in-law was placed in her care! He had fallen on his face and received seven stitches, suffers from dementia, anxiety, CHF, pleural effusion, and is hard of hearing. Necole treated him with compassion and kindness, while communicating clearly and effectively. She understood my role as his advocate, but respectfully included him in our conversations, always protecting his dignity. She made him feel special and safe in an unfamiliar environment, and that is not an easy task. Necole is an angel. Please give her our thanks.
