I had surgery recently. This was the 1st time I’ve been admitted to a hospital for any reason. Neesa was on duty when I arrived at my room and she greeted me with a warm smile and welcome. Neesa set me up in my room and showed me the button to hit if I needed anything at all. When my wife arrived at my room a few minutes later and was greeted the same way. The next morning Neesa stopped in my room to go over the chart with the night nurse and again she informed me to call if I need anything. Besides her warm smile and personality, I could tell she genuinely cares about her patients. She was never annoyed and was very encouraging when I got out of bed for the first time and went for a walk around the 3rd floor. Neesa has all of the qualities of a great nurse, friendly, patient, compassionate, and always available to the patient. It was very comforting being a first-time patient having Neesa as the nurse assigned to me. The entire staff did a great job while I was there.
