I am sending this letter in order to send my heartfelt gratitude to Nurse Nehaya for her compassion and understanding as I had an appointment with the staff clinic because of my low hemoglobin and feeling dizzy all the time. Nehaya spoke with the Doctor who did a telephone visit and put for the ferrous IV to be taken in primary care. Thanks for easing my pain and thank you for encouraging me when I was down. You have done what medicine alone would not have done.

As for Nehaya, you’ve gone above and beyond everything, I ever would have expected. Thank you for going the extra mile and communicating with the treatment room in order to get an urgent appointment for the infusion. You listened to my concerns and acted with a very high professional attitude and humanity. Nurse Nehaya was caring and comforting. The nurse explained the ferrous infusion side effects and provided me with clear expectations about possible side effects.
