Since I had Neil in my Fundamentals course and beyond, he has taken every opportunity to set a positive example for his colleagues. Neil takes every opportunity to assist patients in need of care, even when they are not assigned to him. In addition [to the feedback received from the nurses he is assigned to], his patients compliment the care he provides. Neil is self-motivated, has an excellent work ethic, and is compassionate and empathetic to the needs of his patients.

I was very impressed with the work ethic and skills Neil Gutierrez showed during his clinical. Neil was able to help me chart and pass meds independently with minimal guidance, picking out the patient's medications like a pro. He knows how to talk to patients like he is a seasoned nurse. If he ever wants to work here after graduation, I will recommend him to our director and get him hired immediately. He will have no problem finding a job.
