Whenever I am a patient in Medical Short Stay, Neil always makes me feel so comfortable. He answers all of my questions and if he doesn't know the answer he goes out of his way to get it for me. He always has a smile on his face and it doesn't matter where you are, he makes it a point to stop and say Hello. My family lives 2 hours away. During my last hospital stay, I was in my room and don't always have visitors and get lonely. To my surprise, Neil knew I was on the floor and stopped by to put a smile on my face. He is such a loving and compassionate nurse. He has a heart and uses it. He is a huge asset to your team! Neil is for sure a DAISY nurse.
