Neil Seller's prompt attention to detail very soon after he came on duty in the evening rectified a problem that could have ended very badly for my 86 year old father-in-law. Though still conscious, his blood sugar dropped dangerously low. He is not diabetic, and there was not an order for a glucose check in his record. We had a few questions about my father-in-law not being able to eat anything. Neil's thorough and quick gathering of information, in conjunction with our questions, prompted his immediate action. I am so thankful for his awesome professionalism and critical thinking skills. Neil is a true asset to this hospital and gave us tremendous confidence that our loved one was in good hands.
