I am on the 11th floor, and it's 5 am. I must tell you all about Nurse Nekeysha. In short, she’s amazing! Who’s agreeing? I totally believe everyone! She told me the medication was going to burn a little. She drew my blood with no pain! She’s the best role model! She goes above and beyond and truly cares for her patients! I am lucky to be one of them.

On my second day here, she immediately noticed my dry lips and brought me some Vaseline! When I was cold, she brought me warm blankets. She made my stay more comfortable. She asked me, “Can I bring you hot water?” Instead of saying, "What can I do for you?" All of the nurses should learn from her. Thank you, Nekeysha, and thank you, NYU Langone!
