Nell Smith, ADN

When I think of a DAISY Award, I instantly think of Mrs. Nell. When I think of a great nurse, I instantly think of Mrs. Nell. She is kind to her patients and coworkers. She goes above and beyond to put others first. She is a great leader for our hospital. Nell is always smiling with a positive attitude. She is the definition of a team player. We are so thankful for her!

My daughter had her first child. Ms. Nell was her baby’s nurse after delivery. She took her time showing and teaching the new parents things about my new grandbaby. Not only was she extremely nice to them, she was also informative and helped them a lot. She went above and beyond to do her job.
