Although Nellie has only been part of our team for a short time, she has made a lasting impression. Nellie brings a smile and positive attitude every morning and by the end of the day, she is still beaming. Support is such an important and respected trait in healthcare and Nellie is always supportive of our team. Many times I have been extremely busy with answering call lights, only to find Nellie at the bedside of my patient or asking how she can help me. She is not afraid to get her hands dirty. She has brought a much-needed facelift to our unit and I'm sure many more team members will agree.
