I would like to nominate Nellius for the DAISY Award in recognition of her exceptional compassion and leadership. A couple of months ago, when I was faced with a particularly challenging situation with a difficult patient, Nellius stepped in with remarkable grace and expertise. Her role as a charge nurse was instrumental in turning a stressful scenario into a manageable one. With a calm demeanor and a wealth of knowledge, she not only helped me through the process but also presented me with the highest level of care and professionalism. She embodies the very role of nursing, and her contributions were invaluable to the patient's well-being and the success of our team.
