My husband had a procedure done, when he came back to us he was in excruciating pain, not only did Nelly do her job but went out of her way to comfort him and spend a few minutes consoling me when I lost it. She provided love, compassion and tenderness in our time of need. On her break she came and spent time with me and my husband sharing moments of spiritual need and concern. She showed respect, soul, compassion and many other amazing qualities.
