I arrived at the unit with my mom, who had been sick, and right from the first minute that we stepped into this area, Mr. Nelson was there. He was so kind and such a sweet gentleman and understanding person. He really made us feel welcome. Having such a sweet person like him working is priceless. I just really want to express my appreciation to Mr. Nelson Franco for everything you have done for my mom. It would never be enough work to thank you for everything.
