As I prepare to take my Veteran husband home, after 3 months away, I was scared. Could I do it? Could I follow through on all the instructions? I expressed my fears to RN Gonzalez. He was so kind and understanding. Every day, he would show/explain all the things I would need to know once we were home.
Each day I gained more confidence that I could do this!!
My husband and I have been married for 50 years and being home together, for however long we may have to live, means everything to us. I will always be grateful to Wade Park VA, and especially Nelson Gonzalez. He is so caring and dedicated, a blessing to us all!
