I am a new employee in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Memorial Hospital West. My orientation was great because of the staff and nurse manager. Never did I think that my premature son would end up in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The entire team of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, the nurses, respiratory therapist, pharmacist, environmental staff, unit secretaries, and managers made the worst time of my life, calm and supportive. My husband, my son, my entire family and myself thank you all for being the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit DAISY Team. We are all safe because of the entire team. Thank you.
